NJ KIDFIT was introduced 15 years ago to fill the gap created by limited fitness programs in our public schools. We've achieved a successful approach through creative fitness activities and a variety of sports programs.
Our programs are FUN-FILLED, as kids learn basic sports skills and build strong, fit bodies in a non-competitive setting. We focus on each child's personal success.
Our individualized instructions let kids advance at their own pace. Each class is organized by age and skill level using a progressive curriculum. Our professional staff is trained to recognize individual differences to help kids build self-esteem and have positive experiences.

Facility
Our 5500 sq. ft., air conditioned facility in Fairfield, N.J. contains state-of-the-art, age appropriate equipment and circuits. The large facility is divided into two separate gyms, one devoted to fitness activities and gymnastics programs, and the other to sports skills development. Our special climbing room is a great setting for kids ages 5-7.
Additionally, our students who are at least seven years old use the adjacent New Jersey Rock Gym for the climbing component of their programs. N.J. Rock Gym is the largest and most complete climbing gym in the metro NYC area. It provides an exciting setting for kids with 28-foot high real rock-like "mountains," as well as special climbing walls for kids with caves, tunnels, a giant boulder island for horizontal climbing and a challenging rappelling tower.
Members
Members of our NJ KIDFIT staff are trained, safety-certified professionals. They include highly experienced gymnastics instructors who specialize in early childhood development, certified fitness and sports specialists and expert climbing instructors from the N.J. Rock Gym.

All NJ KIDFIT programs are organized into 8-week sessions with tuition payment conveniently scheduled at 8-week intervals. Enrollment is considered continuous, from session to session, unless notification to withdraw is given before a new session begins. Make up lessons are provided when parents provide at least one-hour advance notification if their child cannot attend class. Visit our Children's Programs page for more information.
